Accent Circonflexe Groupe

Always wanted to find out what it is like to be a Trader? Accent Circonflexe and B&R Beurs are giving you a unique opportunity to join an interactive In-House Day in our office in Amsterdam.

Accent Circonflexe Groupe is a trading company trading mainly shares at all major European financial markets. We are proprietary traders, have no clients and we are trading on behalf of the company. Our traders are independently analyzing the markets and taking positions in various instruments on stock exchanges, on their own initiative.

All our employees are enthusiastic professionals within an extremely flat organizational structure. We offer a very relaxed and sociable atmosphere. And we take care of not only state-of-the-art trading equipment; we also provide healthy lunches, full fridge, relaxation in darts, weekly company drinks, pool and in-house professional massages and to top it off we organize a yearly ski-trip to Ischgl, for some “high-level” analysis!

We dare you to apply for our In-House Day on March 20th! If selected, we welcome you in the afternoon in our Amsterdam office.  After a first round of introductions and a quick glance over our trading floor, we will guide you through some tests. After that, we will play some casino games. This might strike you as odd, but to our experience there is quite the similarity between becoming a good trader and being successful in poker or other games that involve risk assessment, patience and controlled aggression.

We do expect that you are all winners-material, so we look forward to seeing how competitive and stress-resistant you are, even when it’s just for the honor. The actual fun start with some sort of dummy-exchange with increasing difficulty. During 4 rounds, you can show what you pick up from watching, listening and interpreting information. All your actions will be monitored by one of our traders, so you can discuss your ideas with a professional and evaluate your results.

After market closing, we will walk you to our regular Wednesday pub for our so called Rekenborrel. We discuss the topics of the day, tomorrow’s perspective, personal interest and whatever comes to mind. As you will probably be hungry by this time, you are gladly invited to have dinner with us! During this dinner, there is plenty of time to ask questions about what it is like to be a Trader in general and working as a Junior Trader with Accent Circonflexe Groupe in particular. If both parties are interested in getting to know each other even better, the evening might end with the promise of a job interview. All that keeps you from getting that dream job is the application for our In-House day: what are you waiting for?
